Looking For The Right Dog Breed?

I am looking for a dog breed that would be great for me I know some dogs are exception to the breed but for general breed standard. I live in Texas so I think a dog that can handle the weather out here would be best as it never gets really cold. But it can get over a 100 but I have no problem keeping The Dog inside 99% of the time. I really want a dog that would be good with other dogs that I can take to the beach and the dog park. And to outings and for him to be good with people. Size doesn’t matter any size is fine great dane to poodle. I don’t want a lazy dog I would love a dog that would enjoy a good ball toss. What is the right breed for me? I have been around lots of dogs and have had dogs and I am very comfortable with them.
I can’t have German Shepherd, Pitbulls, or Chow Chows. Because my mom does foster care and we are not allowed to have these breeds.

I would go with a breed that has short hair such as an Ibizan hound, vizla, or German short-haired pointer. These are all larger dogs, and they are all from working or sporting backgrounds and thus are pretty high energy. They would love a lot of exercise.

The points about being a dog that is good on outings, people, and with new dogs comes down to training. Sure, there are dogs that tend to be more reserved around new people such as the German shepard or sheba inu, but good socialization and training at an early age is the most important factor for a well-behaved dog.
